Account Manager
Bridge Marketing is looking for a flexible, savvy Account Manager to oversee a wide spectrum of marketing initiatives from start to finish. Every job at Bridge Marketing is cross-functional and this position is no different. From client contact, creative concepting, project planning through delivery and billing, this role will ensure projects meet the highest level of quality, follow assigned deadlines and stay within budget. In some instances, he or she will serve as the liaison between our clients and our leadership team. Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure the agency is proactively meeting client needs.
- Organize and manage marketing initiatives independently while closely collaborating with department teams and agency leadership.
- Review deliverables for accuracy against client needs. If necessary, communicate with vendors to ensure production requirements are met.
- Utilize project management software to coordinate tasks, on time and meeting client expectations and budget.
- Maintain regular client contact becoming an integral part of their team.
- Participate in and sometimes conduct client meetings.
- Provide regular status reports to agency leadership, updating them on schedules, opportunities or key areas of concern.
- Research and analyze client industry and customers.
- Develop a knowledge of brand strategy, objectives and goals.
- Proactively seek out new vendors for both improved quality and greater value.
- Help facilitate and implement a streamlined workflow of agency processes. Anticipate setbacks or opportunities for process and production improvement and proactively communicate with leadership when potential issues or opportunities arise.
Desired characteristics, qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and or 2+ years of hands-on project management experience.
- Marketing agency experience a plus.

Graphic Designer
Bridge Marketing is looking for an experienced full-time Graphic Artist with a diverse skill set to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will use their knowledge of graphic design to produce engaging email marketing, digital ad banners, as well as produce social media images, advertising and print collateral. The candidate will be responsible for creative design and assistance with other aspects of our creative and production environment. Applicants must have a solid design portfolio to display their abilities. Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, motivated and possess an exceptional work ethic.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate to develop concepts for all channels; offer new ideas and clearly and effectively present concepts to the team.
- Share creative and strategic expertise to drive improvements in team’s overall effectiveness.
- Support the Sales and Marketing team by producing revenue generating assets including corporate identity, brochures, programs, direct mail, invitations, flyers, email marketing, etc.
- Revise, resize and modify existing art files.
- Review and implement changes in a timely manner.
- Prepare and coordinate creative work from concept to pre-press; assuring projects are press-ready and on time.
- Maintain a brand consistency throughout all channels.
- Manage and maintain graphics archives.
- Remain abreast of trends in design and technology to ensure creative solutions are relevant and reflective of the current marketing environment.
Desired characteristics, qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional design experience coming from an agency or corporate marketing/creative team.

Our job is to influence consumer behavior and with this continual goal in mind, we are searching for the next addition to our team. Reporting to our VP of Brand Marketing, this position is the perfect combination of content strategy and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients. Build a solid content marketing strategy that will position each client assigned as the key player in the market.
- Develop and own brand voice and tone. Make sure content meets our high editorial standards, reflects each client’s voice & brand guidelines and provides benefits to their target audience and customers.
- Create the world’s most amazing content. Identify and work within key campaign themes to build various types of content. Run integrated content marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue pipeline. Develop and manage client editorial calendars.
- Work with the rest of the marketing team to distribute content and amplify across channels. Be ready to try out new things to get our clients’ content in front of new audiences.
- Build and track benchmarks for measuring success and ROI. Implement new tools and processes for effective creation and measurement of content.

- Strong writing and storytelling skills. BS/BA in Marketing, Journalism, PR, or Communications preferred. 3+ years’ experience as a content writer preferred.

Bridge Marketing is looking for a qualified Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to take a leading role on a variety of digital projects. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in the latest online marketing strategies, but will also be able to think strategically about projects and play a role in creating integrated campaigns on owned, shared, and paid channels. You will be working on multiple client accounts across a variety of industries and verticals, but you’ll always have the same goal: to get the client the best possible results. In your day-to-day, you’ll manage a range of digital marketing and content projects, and advise clients on all aspects of digital strategy. We require a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and both project and people management skills. We’re looking for a team player, driven by creative intuition, who is able to roll up their sleeves and get some serious work done.
Responsibilities Include:
- Analysis online data to provide feedback to our internal team, as well as research, strategy, SEO strategies and goals, and performance highlights to our clients.
- Understand client goals, create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals.
- Own, manage and grow digital channel strategies for clients.
- Creation, management, and optimization of multiple digital ad campaigns simultaneously and track success metrics.
